The Eddie Thomson School of Excellence is established by Gold Coast Football to provide a high level of affordable coaching for players of all ages aimed at improving the individual skills of players and the standard of Junior Football. It is the ONLY centre of excellence of its type endorsed by Football Queensland in the Gold Coast region, underpinning Gold Coast Football’s regional representation programs and the “Identified Player” coaching programs developed by Football Queensland. The program is specifically designed to provide players a defined career path for their development based on their potential and ability.
